Job Title: Video Production Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Production Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in video production, preferably within the sports, motorsport, automotive or related industries.

  • The Video Production Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of video content from concept and shoot to editing and delivery.
  • Travel nationally to cover motorsport events, capturing dynamic footage and delivering timely content.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan, shoot, and post-produce content for digital, social, and PR purposes.
  • Manage production workflows, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Coordinate and work alongside contractors and in-house staff to maintain creative cohesion and quality.
  • Maintain client-facing communication to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in video production.
  • Proven experience in video production preferably within sports, motorsport, automotive or related industries.
  • Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
  • Advanced editing proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills comfortable engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.
