About this Role

As a leadership assistant, you will support the store manager in leading the team and creating an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand.

You will work closely with your colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve strong key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including stock, visual merchandising, and daily processes.
  • Foster a strong, confident store culture.
  • Cover additional responsibilities when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will play a vital role in driving sales and building your confidence as a future leader.

  • Strong communication and people management skills.
