Job Title: Senior Piling Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead the planning, execution and completion of piling construction projects. This role involves leading a team in delivering excellence in engineering.

  • Lead and manage all aspects of piling projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives, timelines and quality standards adherence.
  • Provide technical expertise on piling techniques, equipment selection and construction methodologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, junior engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Oversee piling operations including driving, drilling and other techniques, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, performance and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and excellence in project delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement in project delivery.
