Senior Piling supervisor

As the Senior Piling Supervisor at Queensland Civil Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the piling operations for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects Australia wide. This is a full-time position based out of our Brisbane office, or can be also FIFO pending on the applicate and provides an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a growing and dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team under different piling codes for different government bodies. EG - MRTS 63 and further on. To ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and on schedule

Liaise with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to develop and implement detailed piling plans

Ensure all piling activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies

Monitor and report on productivity, efficiency and quality metrics for the piling work

Provide on-site guidance and training to less experienced piling crew members

Collaborate with the wider construction team to optimise workflow and overcome any challenges

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the piling operations

Have an understanding of bored pile, CFA and driven piling types or have high exposure in at-least two techniques

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years of experience as a piling supervisor or foreperson in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of piling techniques, equipment and safety protocols

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders

Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or a related field

Proven track record of delivering piling projects to time and budget
