As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to our clients' equipment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to customers in the Canberra and Snowy region
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all relevant safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Cert 3 Mobile Plant) complimented by mechanical fitter qualification (HD Mechanic/Fitter)
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics
  • A minimum of C class Licence
  • Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills
  • Working at heights qualification
  • Safety focused mindset
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised
