Residential Caregiver

What You'll Do:
- Deliver personal care assistance with daily living activities.
- Support medication delivery and administration according to resident care plans.
- Assist with mobility tasks in accordance with resident care plans.
- Maintain accurate healthcare documentation.
- Promote resident participation in social activities.
- Become a trusted support system for residents and their families.
- Foster a safe working environment by adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in aged care is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
