Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in a residential home setting.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored care, including personal and domestic support, to residents with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, to residents with complex needs.
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with people with dementia and their families.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
