The Shire of Quairading seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its next chapter, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional outcomes.

About the Role
  • Oversee statutory responsibilities and steer the organization towards long-term success.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team and Council to build a resilient and inclusive leadership style, fostering trusted relationships across the organization and community.
  • Strategic planning, financial management, project delivery, and external funding attraction are highly regarded.
Requirements
  • Performance-based contract for 3-5 years.
  • Total remuneration package to be negotiated between $163,051 and $250,012, in accordance with SAT Band 4.
  • Qualifications and experience will determine base salary, superannuation, allowances, private use of a motor vehicle, and executive housing.
  • Eligible relocation expenses will also be considered.
