Enterprise Change Leadership Opportunity

The Manager, Enterprise Change role is a pivotal leadership position within the organisation.

You will shape and drive enterprise-wide change strategies that enable the organisation to navigate transformation and deliver on its strategic outcomes.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take a new function beyond its foundations and into action.

With clear objectives, a high degree of autonomy, and significant influence across the Executive and Senior Leadership groups, you will play a critical role in uplifting change capability across the enterprise and delivering measurable outcomes.

Leading the Enterprise Change Centre of Excellence, you will embed contemporary change practices and behaviours focusing on people-led change.

This includes establishing an enterprise-wide forward view of change, building change leadership and acumen, and improving how we make decisions and deliver change through the provision of end-to-end change advisory services.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in delivering behavioural and cultural transformation in complex environments
  • Proven success applying change management practices to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Human Resources, Organisation Development) and change management certification
