About the Role

The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Allied Health Professional to join our team as a Regional Complex Care Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and well-supported team environment, providing high-level clinical coordination and specialist services to children, young people, and their families/significant others experiencing complex mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical coordination services that support right place, right care principles to facilitate determined need.
  • Undertake high-level assessments and develop individual plans that bring together the right mix of services across government and non-government agencies.
  • Promote a positive working culture by developing effective partnerships and exceptional working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse group of clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing support and consultation as required.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia or degree in Social Work giving eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
