Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Consultant. This role plays a pivotal part in identifying, analyzing and addressing internal training needs to enhance business performance and capability.

Your Role in Action
  • Implement and manage contractual documentation and activities to achieve compliance with the Contract Management Framework.
  • Support the development of a holistic training strategy, framework and service delivery model.
  • Ensure that internal training issues, risks and opportunities are clearly understood.
  • Develop and implement a robust customer feedback process.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of external training suppliers.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing training programs.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance or training/education.
  • Detailed knowledge of qualification frameworks and RTO activities/requirements.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Solid business acumen and analytical skills.
