Requirements

  • Hold a law degree (or equivalent) from a recognized Australian tertiary education provider, or a degree from an overseas tertiary education provider recognized for admission to practice in Australia.
  • Be admitted to practice in Australia, with entry in the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia or the roll of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory being desirable.
