Western Health Medical Imaging is seeking a highly skilled Sonographer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our imaging services, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of Ultrasound examinations at our Footscray, Williamstown, and Sunshine Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-quality Ultrasound examinations, including extended abdominal scanning with contrast and shearwave elastography, vascular, MSK, general, paediatrics, neonates, and high-level O&G scanning.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain expertise in various Ultrasound modalities and technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in imaging services.
- ASAR accreditation and proven experience in performing a wide range of Ultrasound examinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence and patient care skills, with a commitment to delivering compassionate and respectful care.
