About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales professional to join our team in Wagga Wagga. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
About You
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
