Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and electrical maintenance of machinery in the packaging department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency
- Ensure contractors and maintenance teams are aligned and working effectively
- Maintain a detailed work history captured through our maintenance management system
- Provide specialist technical advice to assist in rectifying faults
- Contribute to development of continuous improvement initiatives and projects
- Adhere to health and safety operating procedures, policies & PPE requirements, and ensure SOPs are up-to-date
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Leadership qualities that engage and empower others
- A-Grade electrician licence with strong general electrical knowledge
- Maintenance experience in an FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Passion for continuous improvement and experience implementing process improvements
- Strong computer literacy and experience with maintenance management systems
