About the Role

With numerous well-known licensors on board, this role offers a unique blend of creative packaging expertise and strategic product development.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new product ideas and ranges aligned with market trends and licensor requirements.
  • Design innovative graphics for projects, leveraging your expertise in color, text, font style, imagery, and layout to meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery while balancing creative input and workflow.
  • Liaise with licensors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all projects meet branding and production standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve design challenges to enhance workflows and deliver high-quality outputs.
About You
  • A portfolio showcasing your packaging work that aligns with the toys, stationery, craft, and lifestyle industry sector.
  • A minimum of five years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
