Job Opportunity: Lead a Team with Expertise

The position of Team Leader is crucial in the delivery of services to defendants undertaking intervention programs. This role requires providing professional/clinical supervision to case managers, allocating and maintaining a caseload to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise case managers in Treatment Intervention Court, Aboriginal Community Court, and Youth Aboriginal Community Court settings.
  • Manage a professional/clinical caseload to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with program managers to lead and guide the delivery of intervention programs.

Requirements:

  • A relevant allied health degree related to human service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This appointment is governed by the Courts Administration Act 1993.
  • The terms and conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
