Culturally Sensitive Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our culturally sensitive projects in Victoria.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Traditional Owners, clients, and project teams to deliver culturally sensitive outcomes that meet the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

  • Develop and implement culturally sensitive project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and collaboration with Traditional Owner groups to ensure cultural heritage is protected
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in Aboriginal cultural heritage management
  • Contribute to the development of best practice guidelines and policies for cultural heritage management in Victoria

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in Aboriginal cultural heritage management in Victoria
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of Victorian cultural heritage legislation and policy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
