**Job Title: Resort Housekeeping Team Lead**
Overview of the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated housekeeping team lead to join our team on Rottnest Island. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of housekeepers across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a team of housekeepers to ensure high standards of cleanliness across accommodation areas.
- Inspect and monitor cleaning standards and team performance.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team.
- Proven experience in housekeeping with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid WA Driver's Licence is required.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate.
