**Job Overview**
We are seeking reliable and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in Rockdale and surrounding areas. You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behavior, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working within a person-centered environment that respects the rights and needs of each client
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
- Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support
- Providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
**Benefits**
Please note: COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory and comprehensive car insurance is desirable. A current unrestricted driver's license with a preferred car is also required.
