Technical Services Veterinarian

Nestlé is a global leader in the pet care industry, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Services Veterinarian to join our team. As a Technical Services Veterinarian, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Pet Specialty business by providing expertise and support to veterinarians, their staff, and pet owners.

About the Role:

  • Lead training programs that provide veterinarians, their staff, pet retailers, and pet owners with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
  • Advocate for our brand by building relationships with key opinion leaders and universities.
  • Train our sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
  • Support veterinarians and their teams with case management through our consumer engagement team.
  • Create informative materials that explain pet health issues and promote our products.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be qualified and registered to practice veterinary medicine in Australia.
  • Should have minimum 3 years of veterinary practice experience and 2 years in a technical veterinary or commercial sales role.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style that drives team success.
  • High-level relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Pet Specialty and Veterinary Channel.
