Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced delivery expert to drive excellence across a diverse portfolio of key accounts and projects. This role is equal parts relationship builder and delivery specialist - ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision, creativity, and measurable impact.

You will be the central point of accountability for both client satisfaction and project delivery, working across the full digital ecosystem including web, social, CRM, creative, commerce, and marketing automation. You will lead the delivery of integrated campaigns and digital experiences, managing cross-functional teams and complex programs that span strategy, creative, data, and technology.

  • Own and drive the delivery of high-profile, integrated campaigns and digital projects across multiple client portfolios.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop compelling, well-scoped proposals.
  • Lead the creation of briefs, statements of work (SoWs), timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns across web, social, CRM, and content. They will also have experience working with automotive or similarly complex clients, as well as a deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Asana, and Workbook.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven experience creating SoWs, proposals, estimates, and resource plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - able to simplify complexity and build trust.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Commercial acumen - understands how delivery decisions impact profitability and client satisfaction.
