Lead Digital Delivery Specialist - Asia Pacific

As a key player in our Global Digital team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of cutting-edge digital technologies across various industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery.

Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cross-functional teams, leveraging best-practice methodologies to drive project success. As a Delivery Lead/Head of Digital Delivery APAC, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and empowering a high-performing team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and refining repeatable processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in future product rollouts.
  • Optimizing delivery frameworks to support continuous delivery methodologies and Agile best practices.
  • Fostering collaboration among internal, external, and third-party stakeholders to define scope, objectives, governance structures, and strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing Scrum teams, ensuring sprint outputs align with project goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client needs, and existing frameworks.
  • Develop and refine repeatable processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in future product rollouts.
  • Optimize delivery frameworks to support continuous delivery methodologies and Agile best practices.
  • Engage and align internal, external, and third-party stakeholders to define scope, objectives, governance structures, and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee Scrum teams, ensuring sprint outputs align with project goals and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of project delivery experience in Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, Transfer Agency, or Investments.
  • Strong change management skills, driving transformation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Client-focused mindset, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate and persuasive.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
