This role is a vital part of our team, focusing on delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students. As a Training and Assessment Professional, you will be responsible for developing and leading learning activities that meet the competency requirements of various courses.


">About the Role
  • Develop and lead students in learning activities to meet course competency requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback to students during the course.
  • Assess student competency and performance according to course requirements.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification at least to the level of the course being taught (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Ageing/Disability Support).
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Course resource and assessment development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Aged Care or Disability Support Worker roles.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
