The Role

As a vital member of our team, the Trading Executive will report directly to the Trading Manager and will be tasked with:

  • Supporting the sales team with daily trading inquiries across television and digital platforms.
  • Assisting the Trading Manager and Digital P&I Specialist in various operational tasks.
  • Conducting pricing assessments and valuations for program sponsorships and related entitlements.
  • Collaborating on the development and upkeep of TV and Digital rate cards.
  • Monitoring and reporting on trade credits and contra campaigns.
  • Facilitating the setup, management, and tracking of special events.
  • Generating regular reports on pricing performance, inventory levels, and other key sales metrics.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a media sales environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with IBMS, Google Ad Manager, and other audience analysis tools (e.g., AQX, Adobe Analytics) is advantageous.
