About the Role

We are seeking a Range Operator to work on land management and maintenance.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Caring for and managing land, including grass cutting, tree removal, weed control, and pest management.
  • Supporting emergency response activities, including firefighting when needed.
  • Operating and maintaining portable target systems.
  • Working closely with others to ensure the range is safe, secure, and operational.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. Ideal candidates will bring some or all of the following skills:

  • A light vehicle licence (HR Truck licence, Backhoe or Plant Operator licence would be beneficial).
  • Bush firefighting qualifications or willingness to obtain.
  • Map reading and navigation skills (training can be provided).
  • Senior First Aid certificate or ability to gain one.
  • Clear communication skills and basic computer skills (MS Office).
