Key Responsibilities- Oversee payroll activities, including processing, employee and statutory payments, and payroll-related accounting and reporting
- Develop and maintain payroll documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Verify payroll data, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies
- Address complex payroll issues, identify areas for process optimization, and implement best practices
- Liaise with other departments, facilitate meetings, and lead payroll tax reconciliation efforts
- Prepare special payroll reports and perform testing as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processes, with a focus on leadership and team management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with payroll software and systems, as well as testing and quality assurance
