About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic OSHC Educator to join our team at YMCA Burleigh Heads Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service. As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for the care and supervision of primary school children before and after school, as well as during school holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe and supportive environment
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and educational activities for children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in the field of children's services or similar
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Hold a Positive Notice Blue Card or be willing to obtain one
  • Have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children
