The role of Partnerships Facilitator is to develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families in the early years. This involves working collaboratively with school principals, early years teachers and educators, and other relevant stakeholders to implement place-based approaches and support communities.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing early childhood initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region. You will also develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families in the early years.
  • Work collaboratively with school principals, early years teachers and educators, and other relevant stakeholders to implement place-based approaches and support communities.
  • Plan and implement early childhood initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the ECEC sector and experience in fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience using evidence-based practices and tools to improve the quality of early childhood education programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and implement initiatives effectively.
