Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with school principals, early years teachers and educators to improve children's education and wellbeing. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop effective partnerships and support communities in implementing place-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.
  • Work with stakeholders and other identified partners to plan implementation of early childhood initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region.
  • Broker strong relationships with school principals, early years teachers and educators to promote quality outcomes for children.
Requirements

Applicants should have experience in the ECEC sector, specifically in fostering collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders. They should also have knowledge of evidence-based practices and tools to improve the quality of early childhood education programs.
