Job Description:

A dynamic and engaging bartending position has become available at a popular Melbourne restaurant. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to customers while maintaining a high level of quality and cleanliness.

The primary responsibilities include crafting and serving a variety of beverages, taking orders from customers, handling cash transactions, setting up and closing the bar area, and performing general cleaning tasks.

Key requirements for this role include possessing a valid RSA certification, being able to work well under pressure, and having a strong work ethic. We are seeking candidates who can manage the bar independently and work effectively as part of a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintaining responsibility for the bar section during service
  • Providing enthusiastic and authentic beverage service to clients
  • Developing a strong knowledge of drinks and food menus
  • Delivering consistent and high-quality drinks
  • Performing cleaning tasks related to the bar area
  • Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed
