Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a bar or cocktail-focused hospitality environment.
  • Confident skills in cocktail making and wine service, with knowledge of Italian wines highly valued.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with RSA requirements and the Melbourne bar scene is advantageous.
