Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary Role

We're seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team in Sydney. As a Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our Australian Legal function.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, corporate governance, and risk management
  • Advanced degree in law (LLB or JD)
