As a successful applicant, you will be given the training and support necessary to manage a team, create rosters, generate orders, and complete stock takes. You will work closely with the Bakery Manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of bakery staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to plan and execute promotions, events, and product launches
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations
