About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment. As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member, you will be responsible for working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks to ensure the store is clean and tidy.
  • Using equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

About You and Your Skills

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles' Safe Work practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • To be active and physically fit, you'll be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
