About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant at RACV Noosa Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and tidy environment throughout the accommodation and public area facilities of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning baths/showers, changing linen, making beds, restocking trolleys, and replenishing amenities.
  • Daily distribution of resort amenities, delivery of linen, and collection of dirty linen.
  • Receive delivery of linen and amenities to storeroom, daily.
  • Attend to guests' requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • The ability to perform repetitive manual tasks safely.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is desired but not required.
  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A can-do attitude and a positive approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalize a service.
  • Great work ethic and experience working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work 3+ shifts (preferred).
