Job Summary:

Lead Financial Operations in Commercial Constructions

This dynamic role is responsible for driving financial excellence across commercial construction projects. As a seasoned Finance Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of robust financial strategies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow management, including weekly cash forecasts and analysis of variances to ensure optimal working capital utilization.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes, including review and analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Collaborate with tax manager to facilitate bi-annual tax effect accounting schedules, review GST reporting, and assist with audit queries.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: University degree in accounting or related field and CA or CPA membership.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role and industry, with CA or CPA membership.
