About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in shaping a world where people and communities thrive.

As a Banking Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing customers with a seamless banking experience. You'll meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for educating customers on the financial solutions available, including digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and become strong advocates for ANZ.
  • Meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the financial solutions available, including digital products.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banking Consultant who can demonstrate a strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience. You'll also need to be able to multi-task, be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, and be proactive in your approach.

You'll be an active user and promoter of technology, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. If you have a growth mindset and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
