About the RoleThe successful candidate will have recent experience within an acute hospital setting, preferably in CCU and/or ICU. They will possess effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as current clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the broader healthcare team to achieve quality patient care outcomes. You will also demonstrate a commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent experience within an acute hospital setting, preferably CCU and/or ICU.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
