We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU/Critical Care setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current Montana License as a Registered Nurse
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or equivalent pediatric training TNCC preferred
- ICU/Critical Care experience preferred
