Expert Finance Systems Specialist

Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled Finance Support Systems Analyst to join our team in St Marys, NSW – an individual with expertise at the intersection of finance and technology.
- Provide day-to-day assistance for finance systems
- Act as first-line support for user queries and technical issues
- Maintain system configurations, master data and centrally managed tables
- Ensure data integrity and monitor daily system runs, interfaces and reconciliations
- Analyse and resolve issues in dealer portals, transit accounts and legacy systems
This role involves playing a pivotal part in identifying system gaps, driving improvements, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Support- System configuration and maintenance
- User support and troubleshooting
- Financial reporting and dashboards
- Internal/external audits and regulatory compliance
- Identify system gaps and propose enhancements
- Document and validate business requirements
- Work with finance and IT teams
- User access controls and segregation of duties reviews

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a finance systems support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, FIS AF
