Job Summary

We are seeking a PA/Enrolments Officer to provide administrative support to our Principal and contribute to the smooth operation of our school. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a school environment and be able to communicate effectively with our teaching team and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Principal
  • Liasing with the teaching team to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Managing accounts and debt collection
  • Coordinating enrolments and providing family support

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Xplor in a school environment and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be proactive, driven, and able to communicate effectively with our team and families.
