Job Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner role plays a vital part in driving organisational success by collaborating with key stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives that foster a high-performing, highly engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable HR programmes.
- Gain a deep understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and challenges to deliver cost-effective HR solutions.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders to influence decisions, coach on sensitive issues, and serve as an HR advisor.
- Manage and deliver exceptional HR services, including policy implementation, employee relations guidance, and performance management support.
- Champion cultural change initiatives, driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead talent management efforts, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, development programmes, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement regional and local change initiatives.
- Analyse employee data and feedback to identify and address engagement issues.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement individual and team development plans.
About You
- You are a seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR, Employment Relations, or Business Partnering role within a medium/large regional or global organisation.
- FMC industry experience will be highly preferred but not mandatory.
- You possess a strong understanding of HR best practices across various disciplines, including talent management, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development.
- You have a proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and influencing strategic decision-making.
- You are a pragmatic problem-solver with a bias for action and a resourceful approach.
- You excel at communication, fostering engagement, and delivering impactful presentations.
