Job Opportunity: Local MR Driver

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting general freight to support our Cairns Branch and surrounding community with excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include completing necessary paperwork, utilizing IT platforms to scan freight and capture live signatures, and following established standards, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries.



Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the transport industry or previous truck driving is desirable.
  • Hold a current Medium Rigid Truck License (Manual 'B' condition preferred).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
  • A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals.
  • Ability to work consistently with a focus on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established guidelines, standards, and procedures.
