Job Description:

Kogan.com is seeking a Marketing Promotions Coordinator to help shape the customer experience. This role is perfect for a recent Marketing graduate with internship or junior experience, looking to take the next step in their career.

As a key member of our team, you'll assist in the creation and distribution of promotional content across email and website platforms. From coordinating marketing campaigns, helping list and promote new products, to collaborating with internal teams on content, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

This role involves creating exciting promotional content for various brands. You'll manage promotion end-to-end, including developing campaign briefs, liaising and coordinating with internal teams, and finalizing creative executions.

You'll distribute promotional marketing content across various mediums, such as Email, Mobile, Website, and SMS. Additionally, you'll create, proofread, and implement email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging promotional content
  • Managing promotions from start to finish
  • Distributing content across multiple channels
  • Developing and implementing email campaigns
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintaining accurate and high-quality website content
  • Monitoring and reporting email campaign results

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • University degree qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience working in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
  • Genuine interest in email campaigns and EDMs with practical experience to support
  • Comfortable working within the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop
  • Focus on attention to detail and pride yourself on an exceptional eye
  • Able to multitask effectively
