Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the operational management of various projects across Asphalt & Resurfacing operations.

Our ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and experience on site across asphalt and resurfacing operations. They will also have exposure to the preparation of project budgets and review of financial information to make sound business decisions.

In this role, you will plan and schedule works, manage and execute projects, and champion the preparation of tenders and negotiate contracts. You will be expected to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience on site across asphalt and resurfacing operations.
  • Exposure to the preparation of project budgets and review of financial information to make sound business decisions.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling of works.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects.
  • Ability to champion the preparation of tenders and negotiate contracts.
  • A strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
