The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with clients to develop tailored practice management strategies. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, particularly with GP clinics, to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored practice management strategies, assessing their operational needs and challenges to deliver effective solutions.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation of practice management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Department Growth: Lead efforts to grow the practice management department, mentoring junior team members and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Industry Insights: Stay current on healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations to stay competitive.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on client performance, market trends, and departmental growth metrics for senior leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in practice management, with a proven background in managing GP clinics.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business operations and offer actionable recommendations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
