Dynamic Veterinary Practice Business Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager to collaborate closely with our leadership team at The Vet Practice Whittlesea. This role demands significant experience in practice management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and the community.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a practice management role, preferably in a veterinary, health, or professional services setting. They should also be proficient in advanced MS Office skills and committed to promoting a positive workplace culture.
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for achieving day-to-day operational efficiency, strategic objectives, planning resources, and developing and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating strong leadership skills, including people management and communication, as well as analyzing data and making informed decisions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will be provided with a salary range commensurate with their experience and qualifications, as well as access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
