- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business strategies with regional demands.
- Participate in tenders and proposals targeting large contracts.
- Provide strategic leadership, implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery across regions.
- Collaborate with headquarters to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting, including budgeting and compliance tracking.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
