About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Director to lead our team at Estia Health Albury. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving change and improvement in an environment of ambiguity, with a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a resident-centred culture that values, respects, and treats all residents with compassion and dignity
  • Continuously monitor clinical care processes and ensure safe practices to effectively implement improvements, minimise risks, and prevent injuries for all stakeholders
  • Maintain Clinical Governance to ensure accreditation is achieved and maintained in accordance with policy and regulatory standards
  • Ensure medication management and infection prevention control principles are maintained and are in line with current best practice guidelines, Estia Health policy, and legislative frameworks
  • Ensure rights and responsibilities of residents are provided and concerns raised by residents or family members are addressed in a timely and coherent manner
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, continue building a cohesive team, and help improve employee engagement

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:
